1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Products (Electronics, Kitchen Gadgets, Decor): Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

• Custom/Heavy Items (Furniture): Since heavy furniture items are built-to-order, please allow 5 to 7 business days for manufacturing before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

• Once dispatched, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 2 to 5 business days anywhere in Pakistan.

• You will receive a tracking update or confirmation call as soon as your package is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order.

• We offer free shipping on selected items or promotions when applicable.

4. Damaged Items in Transit

• We take extra care in packing your items safely. However, if your product arrives damaged, please take a photo/video and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery at tayyab.bhatti1011@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
